The client is an American Retailer, with multi-stores across the states.

Business Need
The client had his own share of problems in managing multi stores and online shopping web portal, particularly the inventory, orders and customer relationship management.  The client wanted an integrated solution that would enable multi-store management, ecommerce website and analytical reports.

We designed and developed a web based POS offering POS functionalities using which store orders can be managed and an ecommerce web portal solution for customer online shopping.
